Please note that if the average of all four sections ends in .25, the total score will be added to the next half of the round, and if the score ends in .75, then the score will be rounded to the next full number. But if the score is less than .25 or .75, the total score is summed. Here are various examples to assist you appreciate:

#### Case 1:

• Listening: 8 + Reading: 7.5 + Writing: 7.5 + Conversation: 6 = 29 (total points)
• Divide by 29/4 = 7.25 (the score ends at .25 to be rounded to the next half point)
• Total group result = 7.5

#### Case 2:

• Listening: 8.5 + Reading: 8 + Writing: 8.5 + Conversation: 7.5 = 32.5
• Divide by 32.5 / 4 = 8.125 (the score ends with a fraction below. 25 to complete the next round)
• Thus, the total set will be 8. Total group score = 8.0

#### Case 3:

• Listening: 4+ Reading: 4.5 + Writing: 4 + Conversation: 3 = 15.5
• Distribution: 15.5 / 4 = 3.875 (points above .75 end up in the next round)
